Celebrating Excellence: Scorton Care Village Honoured at the Great British Care Awards

On Friday, 7th November, staff from Scorton Care Village were honoured to attend the prestigious Great British Care Awards, held at the Armory Museum in Leeds. The beautifully organised event brought together care professionals from across the region, creating an atmosphere filled with excitement, pride, and heartfelt celebration.

This year, one of our dedicated team members was nominated for the Care Staff Award, a remarkable achievement that highlights the exceptional commitment and compassion demonstrated within our community. Although he did not secure the top award, he proudly received an Honorary Certificate as a finalist, a testament to his hard work, professionalism, and the positive impact he has on the lives of our residents.

We are immensely proud of his accomplishment and extend our gratitude to the entire Scorton Care Village team for their unwavering dedication. Their daily efforts ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care, and moments like these remind us of the incredible individuals who make that possible.

The evening was truly inspiring and served as a wonderful opportunity to represent Scorton Care Village among so many outstanding and passionate professionals in the care sector. We look forward to many more celebrations of excellence in the future.
