DMP Healthcare is pleased to announce the welcoming of Hill House Care Home in Elstree into its portfolio, following the successful takeover completed last Tuesday. The addition marks an important milestone with Hill House becoming DMP Healthcare’s 11th care home.

Hill House, located in the heart of Elstree, Hertfordshire, is a well-established home set within a characterful period building, offering residential and nursing care for older people. The home supports long-term residents as well as those requiring respite or short-term care, with an emphasis on comfort, dignity and personalised support. Facilities at the home include landscaped gardens, a choice of communal lounges, quiet areas for relaxation, and dedicated spaces for activities and social engagement. Residents also benefit from on-site amenities such as hair and beauty services, regular activities, and welcoming dining areas designed to promote a strong sense of community.

The home is now managed by Tanja Allan, who has transferred to Hill House from our Ogilvy Court care home in Wembley. Tanja brings valuable experience and continuity of leadership, having built strong teams and delivered high standards of care in her previous role. Her move ensures a smooth transition for staff and residents as Hill House begins this new chapter under DMP Healthcare.

The acquisition of Hill House also reflects DMP Healthcare’s ongoing commitment to expanding high-quality care services while investing in experienced leadership and supportive environments. Residents, families and staff can look forward to continued stability and further development as Hill House becomes fully integrated into the DMP Healthcare family.
